15,750 Saplings Planted Across Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal

15,750 Saplings Planted Across Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal

"We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children." This belief inspires every step of  Roopaantar's environmental journey.

At Roopaantar, we believe that meaningful change begins with small, consistent actions that grow into lasting impact. Every sapling planted is a step towards restoring nature, strengthening ecosystems and building a healthier future for people and the planet.

Driven by this vision, we have planted 15,750 saplings across Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal. In Indore, Madhya Pradesh, we created an Urban Miyawaki Forest by planting 8,250 native saplings. Taking this mission beyond city landscapes, our Treevolution Initiative in Jhargram, West Bengal, resulted in the plantation of 7,500 saplings, transforming urban land into a dense, self-sustaining forest that supports biodiversity, improves air quality, absorbs carbon and creates cooler, greener spaces for communities.

Even where concrete left little room for nature, we found a way to bring greenery back. In areas where conventional plantation was not feasible due to bridges, roads and dense urban infrastructure, we installed 600 plantation drums, creating vibrant green spaces amidst the urban landscape.

For us, plantation is not an event—it is a long-term commitment to ecological restoration. Every tree represents hope, resilience and our collective responsibility towards the environment. As these saplings grow into forests, they will provide cleaner air, healthier soil, habitat for wildlife and a greener future for generations to come.

Years from now, these saplings will stand as forests, reminding us that the greatest legacy we can leave behind is a healthier planet for future generations.

6,000+ Women Screened Across Aspirational Districts of Madhya Pradesh

6,000+ Women Screened Across Aspirational Districts of Madhya Pradesh

"A journey of hope begins with a single step—and in the fight against breast cancer, that step is early detection."

At Roopaantar Nature and Health Organisation, we believe that every woman deserves access to timely healthcare, regardless of where she lives. With this vision, our Mobile Breast Cancer Screening Initiative is bringing preventive healthcare directly to the doorsteps of women at Block level in remote districts of Alirajpur, Dhar, Barwani  and Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh.

In Year 2024–25, the initiative reached over 3,000 women across the districts of Barwani and Khandwa, providing digital sonomammography, basic health check-ups, individual counselling and breast health awareness sessions to promote early detection and timely intervention.

Building on this impact, the initiative expanded further in Year 2025–26 to Alirajpur, Barwani and Dhar, where another 3,000+ women were screened through digital mammography and benefited from health check-ups, individual counselling, breast health awareness sessions and IEC (Information, Education & Communication) materials that promoted breast self-examination, recognition of early warning signs and the importance of timely medical consultation.

By combining screening, counselling, health education and community awareness, the initiative is breaking barriers to early diagnosis and empowering women to take charge of their health.

We are making early detection accessible to every woman.

Nutritious Meal Support Initiative

Nutritious Meal Support Initiative

"Good nutrition is the foundation of healing.

At Roopaantar Nature and Health Organisation, we believe that healthcare extends beyond medical treatment—it also includes ensuring that every patient has access to nutritious food. Recognizing the challenges faced by women from economically vulnerable families during hospitalization, we initiated the Nutritious Meal Support Initiative at Maharaja Tukojirao (MTH) Hospital, Indore.

Through this initiative, freshly prepared khichdi, known for being nutritious, wholesome and easily digestible, is served to women patients admitted to the hospital. The programme is designed to support their nutritional needs during treatment, helping improve their strength, recovery and overall well-being. For many patients and their caregivers, this meal also provides much-needed relief from the additional burden of arranging food during hospital stays.

To date, the initiative has served over 33,000 nutritious meals, benefiting 25,550 women patients at MTH Hospital. More than just addressing hunger, the programme reinforces the importance of nutrition in healthcare by ensuring that women receive the nourishment they need while undergoing treatment.

At Roopaantar, we believe that every meal served is an act of compassion—bringing comfort, restoring strength andhelping women heal with dignity.

Health, Nutrition & Essential Support Initiative

Health, Nutrition & Essential Support Initiative

"The true impact of care is measured by the lives it transforms."

At Roopaantar Nature and Health Organisation, we believe that access to nutrition and essential resources is fundamental to building healthier, stronger and more resilient communities. In partnership with Dabur India Limited, we are committed to reaching underserved populations with timely support that addresses their immediate needs while promoting long-term well-being.

Through this collaborative initiative, we have impacted over 3.5 lakh beneficiaries across more than 8 districts of Madhya Pradesh, delivering nutrition support and essential daily-use items to vulnerable families, women, children, tribal communities and economically disadvantaged households. The initiative focuses on ensuring that families have access to basic necessities that contribute to improved health, enhanced nutrition and a better quality of life.

The distributed support includes nutritious food items to address nutritional needs, along with essential daily-use materials that help families manage their everyday requirements with dignity. By reaching remote and underserved communities, the programme reduces hardships, strengthens household resilience and supports the overall well-being of beneficiaries.

Leveraging Dabur India Limited's commitment to community health and wellness together with Roopaantar's strong grassroots network and deep community engagement, the initiative ensures that support reaches the right people at the right time. Every intervention is carefully planned to maximize impact, promote inclusivity, and respond to the unique needs of local communities.

Together, we are delivering more than essentials—we are delivering health, hope, and the opportunity for every community to thrive.
