From Urban Slums to Empowered Entrepreneur: Anita's Inspiring Journey
ANITA OMKARE, a resilient woman from the Urban Slums of Indore, has transformed her life with the support of Roopaantar Nature and Health Organization's Sui Dhaga Program.
A Humble Beginning :Anita's journey began with a Passion for Stitching and a Desire to Improve her family's Economic Condition. Despite facing numerous challenges, she remained determined to acquire New Skills and Create a Better Future.
Empowerment through Sui Dhaga Program: Roopaantar Nature and Health Organization's Sui Dhaga program provided Anita with the opportunity to learn advanced stitching techniques and operate industrial sewing machines. Through 45 days of intensive training, Anita honed her skills, gaining confidence and expertise.
A Dream Realized: Upon Completing the Training Program, Anita secured a job at a Prominent Bag Factory in Indore. This milestone marked a significant turning point in her life, enabling her to support her family and become a Role Model for her community.
